So, having once turned to the “services” of EMS Russian Post, for my own money, I would practically have received the above status of “tolerant” if I had not spent my Sunday 06/23/2019 correcting the situation around me, through the efforts of postal employees.
I tell you in detail.
06/19/2019 the letter was submitted to the post office 353500, Temryuk, st. Lenina 68, where the telecom operator of the 1st class (OPS) No. 8633 Goryanin M.A. indicated to the sender that there was no need to reflect the recipient's mobile phone in the invoice, i.e. me. The letter was to be sent to Moscow by EMS mail, i.е. expedited courier system. This service is estimated at 600 (six hundred) rubles, the weight of the envelope is 0.078 kg.
I tracked this letter by track number. On June 22, 2019, the letter arrived at the courier delivery site in Vidnoe, Leninsky Komsomol Avenue, 1A. On the same day, in the evening, at about 23:00, the departure status was indicated as “Received by addressee on June 22, 2019, 12:00 142705, Vidnoe”. As you may have guessed, I did not receive this letter, despite the fact that a major deal scheduled for 06/23/2019 depended on the documents sent by the above letter. Now imagine my state, having discovered the status of the receipt of my letter by third parties. Immediately at 23:00 on 06/22/2019, by contacting the hotline 8 800 200 50 55, the status of the letter of delivery was confirmed. To my arguments about the non-receipt of the letter, I was asked to write a claim about the search for the departure. The term for consideration of the claim is 30 calendar days. Imagine with what geometric progression, given the importance of writing, my health deteriorated. To my pleas to contact the courier delivery site in Vidnoe, Leninsky Komsomol Avenue, 1A, or provide his phone number, I was refused due to the absence, as I was told, of this contact. Thus, the actual purpose of the hotline in my situation was to duplicate information about the status of the letter and in the proposal to apply for a letter. Those. you will not get any real help from the hotline.
Realizing the hopelessness of the situation, fueled by the status of delivering the letter to third parties, on the morning of the next day - 06/23/2019, I was forced to get on my own to Vidnoye, Leninsky Komsomol Avenue, 1A, where at the courier delivery site they explained to me that my letter had been delivered , the courier who handed my letter on 06/22/2019 has a day off, his phone is switched off. And I was again invited to apply with a claim to search for the departure. I repeat that the consideration period is 30 calendar days.
This situation did not suit me at all. I offered to find a courier, to which the site employees explained that all the information was with the management, but since it was a day off - 06/23/2019, they could not help. After my insistent requests, the employees “managed” to get through to the courier, who explained that he was in Domodedovo, and my letter was with him. class, huh? Having discussed the meeting place with the courier, I “moved” on my own to Domodedovo. During a meeting with the courier, he handed me my letter, explaining that if the letter was not delivered to the addressee, at the direction of the management of the courier delivery site in Vidnoye, the Federal Post Office of the Moscow Region, which is a branch of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Russian Post, the site employees are forced to indicate the status of delivery of the letter , because otherwise the employees of the courier delivery section will have their wages cut by 50%. The courier indicated that he was arriving at the address of the recipient, i.e. my 06/22/2019, however, in the absence of my phone in the invoice, he could not contact me, and therefore, he did not hand me the letter. I would like to note that the courier handed me the letter without making sure of my identity as the recipient of the letter and I did not sign anywhere for the receipt of the letter. Under such circumstances, one wonders what prevented the courier from putting the letter in the mailbox if, as he indicates, it arrived at my address. It is not possible to check whether he really came to the address, there is no photographic recording of the arrival. Thus, it can be assumed that the courier saved, or rather, did not spend anything on travel from Vidnoye to Moscow to my address (40 km.), And I incurred additional material costs in addition to those previously paid for the provided “service” 600 rubles. Who will pay for my expenses? This situation has not been recorded in any way, since, according to the status, the letter was “safely” delivered on June 22, 2019 to the addressee in Vidnoye. Excellent work, fellow employees of the Russian Post!
In my case, I got off with a “light” fright, since the letter was “obtained” by me from the courier, and the deal was concluded.
I had a day off, I had the opportunity to get to the city of Vidnoye, and then to Domodedovo, but will you have the opportunity at such a critical moment to go the same way?! I am very sorry that the Russian Post is not able to fulfill its obligations, for which a lot of money has been paid.
Summing up, I can affirmatively say that I will never turn to the services of the Russian Post myself and will not recommend it to others. Unfortunately, it is safer to send letters with a train conductor, where there are more guarantees and less pay.
