Nothing is known about the facts of disconnecting users from the Smart tariff for their providers.

If a user, being in his right mind, for whatever reason, abandoned Smart for his own, it is almost impossible to return it.
The only real way out (and then feasible rather theoretically):
- switch with your number to a third-party cellular provider;
- use its services for two months;
- after waiting these 60 days, return with your number to MTS subscribers;
- join at the request of an employee.
The main difficulty is to make acquaintance among the personnel of Mobile TeleSystems and to persuade the employee to issue the necessary application. Why this is almost impossible, see above.

There is no roaming in Russia at the considered tariff. Technically, the Smart for Friends tariff is almost the same as the previous version of MTS Smart for Friends. After the package of minutes is exhausted, unlimited calls to MTS phones throughout Russia are activated and, importantly, unlimited calls to all MGTS landline phones.
The “Smart for their own” tariff was recently improved by MTS (600 minutes / SMS and 10 GB of traffic), but in the MGTS version there is an unlimited number of calls to most city phones in Moscow. And for the MTS version, you will have to pay a considerable amount of money for the connection (they sell codes for the transition), and they can also deceive. And, of course, you won't get any matching phone numbers.
In my opinion, 200 rubles. per month at the present time - absolutely not the money, for the sake of saving which it would be worth abandoning the proposed "grocery set" and additional benefits. Unless, of course, you intend to continue using the city telephone MGTS. And certainly this option is much more interesting than those MGTS mobile tariffs that the company officially offers on its website.

As far as I understand, the correct answer is - on your own initiative in any way. Just wait for an offer with a SIM card in the envelope of a monthly bill from MGTS. If you are lucky, you will be able to take advantage of this offer, if they do not send it, then this is your fate. It would be interesting to learn about the scale and prospects of the project, but they are unlikely to tell us. Perhaps something will become clear later or the format of the proposal will be corrected.
It is clear that MGTS will thus acquire a certain number of mobile subscribers. Yes, and refuse a landline phone, someone will change their mind in the presence of such a bunch. If you start adding up the numbers, then the combination of a landline phone + “Smart for your own” will cost less than the usual SMART tariff with worse parameters.
